Alana and Alyssa

Alana De La Garza, an incredible actress who has made a lasting impression in the film industry. De La Garza, a Mexican American father and an Irish American mother were born in Columbus Ohio on June 26 the 26th of June, 1976. In no time she was moving to Texas to pursue her degree in physical therapy at the University of Texas. De La Garza didn't stay long in Texas prior to moving to Orlando, Florida. There she played various roles ranging in local independent films as well as international commercials. Despite having small roles, she quickly realized her passion for acting. She then moved in New York in 2001 and she got her first role in the role of Rosa Santos on All My Children A daytime soap. During the early part of 2000 she was seen in tiny roles on JAG Vegas as well as Two and a Half Men. The role she landed was in 2004 on the brief film The Mountain. She was Maria Serrano and De La Garza was lucky enough to share the screen with some famous TV actors including Barbara Hershey Oliver Hudson Penn Badgley Anson Mount and Mitch Pileggi. Her most memorable role came in 2006 on Law & Order where she appeared as A.D.A. Connie Rubirosa. The actress was on the show for 85 episodes. Her next role was on the short-lived spin-off Law & Order: LA. De La Garza received several nominations for her character including Best Supporting Actress Television Imagen Foundation Awards or even ALMA Award nominees. The year 2008 was the time she was awarded the Impact Award from the National Hispanic Media Coalition for Outstanding performance in a Dramatic Television Series. De La Garza was then chosen as a recurring character in CSI Miami. She performed the role of Marisol Deko as the husband of the actor David Caruso's Horatio. Her most current TV work was with NBC's rather dramatic dark dramatic Do No Harm as Dr. Lena Solis. After a couple of episodes the show ended up being cancelled. Alyssa Milano.............................Alyssa Jayne Milano was born on December 19 1972 in the Bensonhurst section of Brooklyn New York City to fashion designer and talent manager Lin Milano and film-music editor Thomas M. Milano. Her older twin brother Cory is 10 years younger than her. Her family was very conservative and spiritual one. Milano's career began at age seven, after her child's sitter invited her to a talent show. With more than 1000 applicants, she was chosen among only four. Milano was featured in commercials in both Broadway and on TV, including the American musical adaptation from Jane Eyre.
