Melissa Suzanne George hails from Australia and is an inventor, businessperson also an actor and model. While working in her native country she then moved to Hollywood and was able to achieve significant successes there. George is an Perth native, and was drawn at first in artistic rolling and dancing. Modeling began for her in her teens, and she was named Western Australia Teenage Model in 1992. That same year, she was on the screen in an episode of the soap opera on Seven Network called Home and Away. Her big screen debut was in Dark City, a mystery thriller. Later, she appeared in various role roles as a support on films including Alias The Limey or Down with Love. In 2005, she made her first mainstream Hollywood appearance on The Amityville Horror remake. She is currently among the top-rated Australian expatriates within the American media. In her capacity as an entrepreneur, George has launched her own innovation Style Snaps into the market.
